Get Involved

Pi Phi Interest and Activity Groups offer small group friendships and fun. Everyone is welcome in these groups of Pi Phis of all ages!

We are on the go, and enjoy periodic sister gatherings that might include local theater, museum exhibits, musical outings and/or simply lunch, dinner or happy hour.  Some of this year’s events included an evening at the Winspear for Beautiful - The Carole King Musical and a Saturday 'Paint for Your Life' facilitated by our own sister-artist Joan Hogge.

A Pi Phi Pop Up Party is a spontaneous gathering of sisters for dinner, drinks, sporting events, movies, and more.  Usually such events are of short-notice, hence the name ‘pop-up’. Simply sign up to receive the text alerts. Once notified, if you have an interest and are available, you ‘pop-up’ to the event! Sign up at any meeting or text Molly Lancaster at 817-996-6197 to join the list.

Evening meetings are held the 3rd Wednesday of each month. Membership is open to all Greek women and is a great way to know many NPC sisters in our community. Activities include hosting the annual Sorority Recruitment Information Forum every spring, plus an excellent speaker series. Scholarships are awarded annually. Join our Panhellenic representative, Kay Hopkins, and other Club members in sharing the Pi Phi love with the greater Greek community.

Since 2003, our club has implemented Champions are Readers ® (CAR) literacy program with 3rd grade students at Aiken Elementary in Richardson ISD. The experience of working with the students is very rewarding and a great way to make a collective impact with other Pi Beta Phi sisters.  No experience needed - only a listening ear and a tender heart! The time commitment is approximately 1.5 hours per session, Monday and Wednesday afternoon during February.  Sign up for as many sessions as you are able.

For more than 30 years our Club has been decorating a tree for the children at Scottish Rite Hospital in Dallas, TX. In 2018 we were invited to decorate a second tree at Scottish Rite for Children in Frisco, TX! This is an annual event usually held in late November or early December where members join together to decorate a Christmas tree with our club's angel ornaments for the enjoyment of the patients and staff.  It's a fun and festive time for everyone and no experience is needed! Typically starts at 5:30pm in the evening.
